Risk-Reward Ratio

Risk-reward ratio (RRR) compares a trade's potential profit to the amount you risk, i.e. the distance from entry to take-profit versus the distance to your stop-loss. A 1:2 ratio means you aim for twice what you can lose; the higher the RRR, the lower the win rate you need for the strategy to be profitable.
