How the result is calculated
Lots = (balance × risk%) ÷ (stop-loss in pips × pip value per lot).
Volume is rounded down to the selected step. A result of 0 means the risk limit cannot cover one step. Check your broker’s minimum volume. Commissions, slippage and price gaps are excluded.
