Belka tax (19% Polish capital gains tax)

The Belka tax is the informal name for Poland's flat 19% capital gains tax, which covers forex profits, share trading and interest income. A forex trader settles it themselves on the PIT-38 return by 30 April for the previous year, taxing net profit (revenue minus costs), not turnover.
