PIT-38

PIT-38 is the Polish tax return form used to report income from capital sources, including gains from Forex trading. Poland applies a flat 19% tax on net profit (gains minus costs), and losses can be carried forward to offset profits for up to 5 years. The form is filed by 30 April for the previous tax year.
