Trading Journal

A trading journal is a structured record of every trade and its context: date, instrument, direction, position size, entry, stop-loss and take-profit levels, result, plus the reason for the trade and the emotions around it. It lets you measure a strategy's edge, spot recurring mistakes and judge decisions separately from random outcomes.
