Sole proprietorship (JDG) vs LLC (sp. z o.o.)

JDG (Polish sole proprietorship) and sp. z o.o. (Polish limited liability company) are two legal forms a trader can use to run trading as a business in Poland. JDG is cheaper and simpler but the owner is personally liable and pays a health contribution on income; sp. z o.o. caps liability and is taxed at the corporate (CIT) rate, but profit faces double taxation and full accounting is required.
