The forex-basics.com newsletter

One question. One answer. Once a week. No signals, no broker promotions, no "buy my course". That is what our newsletter looks like — and that is what it will look like for as long as the portal exists.

Format · exactly what you will receive

Every Saturday morning, around 8:00 Central European Time, you receive one message. The message has one structure: first the question asked by a reader (anonymously), then a developed answer in 4–6 paragraphs, with one number or one concrete example at the end. The full read takes 2–3 minutes. Nothing more.

We do not send daily newsletters or "instant market alerts". The Forex market moves fast, but knowledge about Forex moves slowly — and one well-explained concept per week gives the reader more value than seven shallow headlines.

Zero spam · guaranteed

We do not send trading signals like "buy EUR/USD at 1.0850". Signals are a business model in which the only winner is the seller, not the recipient. We do not recommend specific brokers in the newsletter — broker reviews live on the portal, where they are full, weighted by a scoring methodology and transparent about affiliation. We do not sell courses, in-house books or consulting services in the newsletter. We repeat: all of the knowledge is freely available. We do not resell your email address to any third party. Ever.

Subscribe

Just enter your email address. We send a confirmation email (double opt-in, in line with EU law) — click the link in the confirmation email to activate the subscription. Once activated, you will receive the first "full" newsletter on the upcoming Saturday.

By submitting the form you accept the Privacy policy. You can unsubscribe with a single click.

How to unsubscribe

Unsubscribing is one click. The footer of every message contains an "Unsubscribe" link. Clicking it removes your address from the database automatically — no question about your reason, no "are you sure?" across three screens, no attempts to talk you into staying. After unsubscribing your address is physically removed from the database within 7 business days. There is no archive, no "dormant accounts".

Archive of past editions

We publish every past newsletter on the portal as a regular article — usually in the category matching the topic. The forex-basics.com newsletter is just starting and the archive will fill up week by week. After the first ten editions we will create a separate archive page where you will be able to browse all previous messages.

Statistics · reader counts

The newsletter currently has around 4,120 subscribers . The average open rate over the last three months is about 38%, the average reading time is two minutes and forty seconds. These are very good numbers for the financial sector (the industry average is 18–22% open rate). We treat this as a sign that the "one question, one answer" format really works.
