KNF Regulation

KNF regulation means a broker operates under the supervision of Poland's Financial Supervision Authority (Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego), which licenses brokerage houses and enforces capital requirements and client-fund protection. KNF-licensed brokers also follow EU ESMA rules (retail leverage capped at 1:30 on major pairs) and the Polish investor compensation scheme. It is one of the strongest safety signals for a Polish trader.
