Regular Divergence

Regular divergence is a mismatch in which price prints a new extreme (a higher high or lower low) while a momentum oscillator such as RSI or MACD fails to confirm it. It signals fading momentum and a possible trend reversal, the opposite of hidden divergence, which points to continuation.
