London Session

The London session is the forex trading window covering the working hours of the London financial centre, roughly 8:00 to 17:00 London time. It is the largest and most liquid session of the day, handling the biggest share of daily currency turnover, which means tight spreads and strong moves, especially on EUR, GBP and USD pairs. Its overlap with the New York session (about 13:00–17:00 London time) is the most active window of the day.
