ISM Manufacturing PMI (United States)

The ISM Manufacturing PMI is a monthly survey-based index of US factory activity, published by the Institute for Supply Management from a poll of purchasing managers. A reading above 50 signals expansion in the sector, below 50 signals contraction. As one of the first data points each month, it often moves the USD and dollar pairs.
