Head and Shoulders
Head and Shoulders is a trend-reversal pattern that marks the end of an uptrend: three peaks form a lower left shoulder, a higher head, and a lower right shoulder, joined by a neckline. A break below the neckline confirms the bearish signal, with the price target measured as the distance from the head to the neckline. The inverse version signals reversal of a downtrend.
