Harmonic Pattern

A harmonic pattern is a price formation built on five points (X-A-B-C-D) whose legs relate to each other through specific Fibonacci retracement and extension ratios. Variants such as Gartley, Butterfly, Bat and Crab each use a distinct set of ratios; point D marks a potential reversal zone (PRZ) where traders look to enter.
