Confluence (Multiple Signals)
Confluence is when several independent technical signals point to the same price level or the same trade direction — for example a Fibonacci retracement lining up with prior support and an oversold RSI reading. The more signals agree, the higher the perceived probability of the setup, so traders use confluence as a filter to weed out weaker entries.
