Wedge
A wedge is a chart pattern formed by two converging trendlines that both slope in the same direction. A rising wedge (both lines up) typically signals a coming decline, while a falling wedge (both lines down) typically signals a coming rise — the setup is confirmed only on a breakout beyond one of the lines.
