cTrader Platform
cTrader is Spotware's platform for charts, order entry, market-depth views and automated tools. cTrader Algo supports C# and Python. Instruments, liquidity, charges and execution arrangements depend on the broker; the platform name alone does not establish direct access to the entire market.

How does it work in practice?
Assume two brokers provide cTrader but charge different commissions on the same pair. The shared interface permits order entry, while trading costs and the market depth available to each account can differ.
A case to work through
Same platform, different terms
Hypothetically, two cTrader accounts quote spreads of 0.6 and 1.2 pips; the first also charges commission.
- Check round-trip commission, volume units and the available instrument.
- The lower spread alone is not a complete cost comparison.
What follows? Compare account specifications before comparing platform features.
